Steel Erectors

LMH Engineering Limited requires Steel Erectors to join the team in Co. Wicklow and Co. Dublin. Ideal candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience. The basic working week is 39 hours, and the minimum salary ranges from €34,000 to €45,000 depending on experience.

Duties include:

• Interpreting and working from technical drawings and specifications to determine the correct positioning and installation of steel structures.

• Assembling and erecting steel frameworks and structural components using cranes, hoists, scaffolding, and elevated platforms.

• Aligning and securing steel parts through bolting, welding, or other fastening methods in accordance with safety and structural guidelines.

• Verifying the accuracy of installations using measuring tools such as spirit levels and plumb lines.

• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean and organised work area.
