Notice: Employment Permit Online System Upgrade & Downtime

It's here — a significant upgrade to the Employment Permit Online System (EPOS)!

To prepare for the launch of the new and improved system, EPOS will be taken offline for a short period. Please read the important details below:

Employment Permit Online System Downtime:

EPOS website will be taken offline at 18:00 (local time) on April 17, 2025, to facilitate a major system upgrade and will be unavailable for four business days.

Employment Permit Online System New Launch Date:

The new EPOS system will go live on April 28, 2025.

What This Means for You:

1) All completed draft employment permit applications must be submitted before the system goes offline.

2) Any unsubmitted applications will not be transferred to the new system and must be re-entered manually after the relaunch.

What You Should Do Now:

We strongly recommend reviewing and submitting your draft applications as soon as possible to avoid delays or data loss.
